About Managed Apple ID accounts
If the Mac you’re using is administered by your school, you may set up iCloud with a Managed Apple ID given to you by the school. Some standard Apple features and settings are not available to accounts with Managed Apple IDs. For more information, see What are Managed Apple IDs?.
