Use Box with Keynote for iCloud
You can collaborate on Keynote presentations stored in Box. Just like when you’re collaborating on a presentation stored in iCloud, everyone can work in real time and see changes as they’re made.
When presentations are stored in Box, you need to use the controls on Box.com to set sharing options or stop sharing. From Box.com, you can open the presentation and edit it in Keynote for Mac or Keynote on the web.
Note: When a presentation opens in Keynote on the web, you won’t see links to iCloud Settings or to the document manager, because the presentation isn’t stored in iCloud.
For instructions on previewing, editing, and creating Keynote presentations while signed in to your Box account, see the Apple Support article Use Pages, Keynote, and Numbers with Box.
