Reenroll a device in Fleetsmith
To reenroll a device in Fleetsmith, it must be archived first; next you must run the Fleetsmith agent uninstaller.
In the Fleetsmith Admin Console, click Devices in the sidebar, find the device you want to reenroll, then archive it. See Archive a device.
Click your name in the lower-left corner, click Preferences, download the Fleetsmith agent uninstaller, then run the uninstaller on the device.
After the Fleetsmith agent has been removed by the uninstaller, open System Preferences on the Mac, click Profiles, then select and remove any Fleetsmith MDM configuration or enrollment profiles.
Sign in to the Enrollment Portal located at [company-name].fleetsmith.com/enroll and download a .mobileconfig file.
Install the .mobileconfig file on the device (being careful not to double-click the installer or any of the prompts).
Approve and assign the pending device when it checks in to the Fleetsmith Admin Console.
