Add administrators in Apple Business Manager
You can have up to four additional administrator accounts for Apple Business Manager. You should set up at least one additional administrator account in case your original administrator is unable to sign in for any reason. You can also change any manually created manager role to an administrator role.
Add a new administrator account
In Apple Business Manager , click Accounts in the sidebar.
Click Add New Account in the upper middle of the window.
Enter the following mandatory information:
First and last name
Role and location
Managed Apple ID
If necessary, enter the following optional information:
Middle initial or name
Click Save in the bottom-right corner of the window.
Create a sign-in for the new administrator by following the task Create sign-in information for a user.
Important: Until the administrator sign in and changes their password, the account is not active.
