Set up your iPad to use iCloud with the Pages, Numbers, and Keynote apps
To use iCloud with the Pages, Numbers, and Keynote apps, you need to turn on iCloud Drive for your iPad and for the apps you want to use.
On your iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
If you’re asked to sign in, enter your Apple ID and password. If you don’t have one, tap Create Apple ID, then follow the instructions.
Turn on iCloud Drive.
Scroll down, then turn on Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
