- Locate your droplet, then double-click the droplet to open it.
- In the alert that appears, click Open.
- If another alert appears telling you the droplet can't be opened, click Quit.
- Repeat the previous steps for each droplet.
- After you've tried to open each droplet, open Compressor, choose Compressor > Preferences, then click Advanced.
- Click Update Droplets, then click Update.
You might also need to update droplets if you changed the name or installation location of Compressor for your organization’s installation.
