Install Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, or another Pro App that you already purchased
If you already own a Pro App, you can download and install it on another Mac without having to purchase the app again.
You can also reinstall the Pro App on the same Mac if you had to erase your Mac or remove the Pro App for troubleshooting purposes.
Install a Pro App that you already purchased
Open the App Store on your Mac.
Click your name in the sidebar, then find the app that you want to download.
If you don't see your name in the sidebar, click Sign In, sign in to your Apple Account, then click your photo in the sidebar.
If you use Family Sharing, you can choose a family member's name next to "Purchased by" to see their purchases.

Open the app and, if prompted, sign in to the Apple Account that you used to purchase the app.
Install any app-included content that you had installed before, like the Logic Pro Sound Library and Final Cut Pro supplemental content.
If you can't install an app that you already purchased
Make sure that you're signed in to the Apple Account that you used when you originally purchased the app.
If you're reinstalling the app using Family Sharing, make sure to sign in to an Apple Account that's part of the family group that's sharing the app.
You might have purchased the app using a different Apple Account. You can migrate purchases to a single Apple Account to consolidate purchases.
Your version of macOS might not be compatible with the latest version of the app. Update to the latest macOS.
Your Mac might not be compatible with the latest macOS or with the version of the Pro App you want to update. Find out which macOS your Mac is using.
Check that the app isn’t hidden:
Click your name in the bottom-left corner (or click Sign In if you’re not signed in).
Click Account Settings at the top of the window, then sign in again if necessary.
In the window that appears, click Manage in the Hidden Items section, then click Unhide to the right of the app you want to show.
When you’re finished, click Done.
