iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus Enclosure
Before You Begin
Warning
Read Battery Safety and follow workspace and battery handling guidelines before you begin.
Remove the following parts before you begin:

Refer to a full list of tools required for all repairs for iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Plus.
Important
Order the correct enclosure for the model and color of the iPhone.
Logic Board
Logic Board Removal
Lift the ends of the six outlined flex cables off the connectors.
Use a torque driver and the super screw bit to remove the four super screws from the logic board. Set aside the screws.
Remove the SIM tray (if present) and save it for reassembly.
Remove the logic board from the enclosure. Save the logic board for reassembly.
SIM Assembly
SIM Assembly Removal
Use a torque driver and the super screw bit to remove the screw(s) from the SIM assembly.
iPhone 15: Remove the two super screws from SIM assembly (1). Set aside the screws.
iPhone 15 Plus: Remove one super screw from the SIM assembly (2). Set aside the screw.
Part of the SIM assembly called the standin is adhered to the enclosure. Use the flat end of the black stick to gently separate the standin from the enclosure before you attempt to remove the SIM assembly.
Caution: Don't allow the standin to separate from the SIM assembly. 
Remove the SIM assembly from the enclosure. Save the SIM assembly for reassembly.
Reassembly
Warning
It is recommended to only install new batteries. Used battery cells can become damaged during the removal process. Read Battery Safety to learn more.
Install the following parts in this order in the replacement enclosure and follow the reassembly steps for each part:

SIM Assembly Reassembly
Verify that the SIM assembly standin is adhered to the SIM assembly.
- Caution: If the standin is missing from the SIM assembly or remained in the enclosure, stop the repair. You can find a service option at support.apple.com/repair.
Position the SIM assembly in the replacement enclosure.
Reinstall the SIM tray for alignment (if present).
Use the orange torque driver and super screw bit to install the new screw(s) into the SIM assembly.
iPhone 15: Two new super screws (923-09825) (1)
iPhone 15 Plus: One new super screw (923-12039) (2).
Logic Board Reassembly
Position the logic board in the replacement enclosure.
- Caution: Don't trap the flex cables under the logic board.
Install new super screws into the logic board.
Phone 15: Use the teal torque driver and super screw bit to install four new super screws:
One super screw (923-12034) (1)
Three super screws (923-12035) (2)
Phone 15 Plus: Use the orange torque driver and super screw bit to install four new super screws:
One super screw (923-12038) (1)
Two super screws (923-12036) (2)
One super screw (923-12037) (3)
Press the ends of the six flex cables to the connectors on the logic board as shown.
