If you can't find your AppleCare plan
Learn what to do if you can't find your AppleCare plan for your Apple device.
When you purchase AppleCare coverage for your device, the plan is typically registered automatically. You can find your plan when you check coverage online, or on your device when you open Settings > General > AppleCare & Warranty.
If you can't find your AppleCare plan, consider the following situations.
Your recurring AppleCare plan might not be linked to your Apple Account
When you sign in to your Apple Account and purchase your AppleCare plan as a subscription from Apple, the subscription should automatically be associated with your Apple Account. You can see your AppleCare plan on your device in Settings > [your Apple Account] > Subscriptions, or online in your Apple Account subscriptions list.
If you are signed in to your Apple Account on your device and don't see your AppleCare plan, you might need to finish your AppleCare plan setup by linking your plan to your Apple Account. This might also include accepting terms and conditions for your Apple Account.
Finish setting up your AppleCare plan on your Apple device
Open Settings > General > AppleCare & Warranty, and find your device
Select the device listed that displays the message "Finish AppleCare+ Setup."
