Featured services
Battery service
We can service the battery in your iPad or Apple Pencil for a service fee. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use. We'll test your iPad to see if it has a battery issue or a different power issue.
Screen damage
If your iPad has screen damage, we can service it for a fee. Accidental damage isn't covered by the Apple warranty.
How much will it cost?
Apple Authorized Service Providers can set their own fees, so find one near you to get an estimate.
Hardware service may no longer be available for some older products.

Do you have AppleCare Protection Plan?
The AppleCare Protection Plan gives you expert technical support and additional hardware service options up to two years from the day you bought your iPad. You can buy the AppleCare Protection Plan within one year of buying your iPad.

Warranty
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPad and the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories purchased separately are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. This includes the Apple Pencil, spare cables, wireless chargers, or smart keyboards.
Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
If your situation isn’t covered, you’ll pay a fee. If the issue with your iPad is ineligible for service, you might pay the full replacement value.
Guarantee
We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare plan, whichever is longer. This is in addition to your rights provided by consumer law.
Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
