Change General settings in Apple Music on Windows
In the Apple Music app  on your Windows device, use General settings to specify a library name, choose how to show lists, and more.
To change these settings, select  at the top of the sidebar, choose Settings, then select General.
Note: Apple Music and Dolby Atmos aren’t available in all countries or regions. See the Apple Support article Availability of Apple Media Services.
