When you open Numbers for iCloud, you see the document manager where you create, open, and manage spreadsheets stored on your iCloud Drive.

By default, the document manager shows recently opened or uploaded spreadsheets in the Numbers folder. Click Browse in the left sidebar to view all items in the folder, or to sort the contents by date, kind, name, or size. To search for a spreadsheet, press Command-F (on a Mac) or Control-F (on a Windows device).

Above the spreadsheets, the left side of the toolbar has a pop-up menu where you can choose to view items as icons or in a list, and in the center of the toolbar are buttons to create or upload a spreadsheet, and create a new folder. On the right side of the toolbar are buttons to download, collaborate, email, or delete.

To return to the document manager when a spreadsheet is open, click the More button in the toolbar, then choose Go to My Spreadsheets.
