Go to the FHIR API Profile screen for an endpoint

 

  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you’re signed in to Health Records at Apple Business Register: Click the navigation link at the top left of the screen until it displays Home.

    • If you’re not signed in: Sign in now to Health Records at Apple Business Register.

  2. Click FHIR API Endpoints in the Welcome sidebar, then click a name in the left column of the FHIR API Endpoint table.
