If you have an error, you can download and open the log to find the error.

In Apple Business Manager
, sign in with an account that has the role that can read log files.Click Activity in the sidebar.
In the list that opens, search for the category and event you want and then select it. See How to search.
Click Download Logs, then locate the file in the folder used by your web browser to download files, then open the file and locate the error.
