The audio controller hardware in Mac mini (Late 2012) supports up to 96Hz audio input and output. For pro audio needs higher than 96Hz, consider attaching a third-party audio interface.
Mac mini (Late 2012): Audio MIDI Setup shows 96Hz output instead of 192Hz
You might notice that the Audio MIDI Setup application shows a maximum of 96Hz instead of 192Hz with your Mac mini (Late 2012).
