Change Advanced settings in Apple Music on Windows
In the Apple Music app on your Windows computer, use Advanced settings to automatically add songs to your library when adding them to playlists and to reset various options.
To change these settings, select the Sidebar Actions button at the top of the sidebar, choose Settings, then select Advanced.

Add songs to Library when adding to > Playlists | Add songs to your music library when you add songs from Apple Music to a playlist. The option is only available if you’re signed in as a subscriber to Apple Music or iTunes Match and you turned on “Sync library” in General settings. | ||||||||||

Reset iTunes Store cache | Reset the iTunes Store cache (the temporary location where your computer saves iTunes Store pages you visit). If you return to that page later, iTunes can retrieve the page from the cache faster than getting it from the internet. This option is only applicable when the content on a page seems outdated or if the page isn’t opening properly. Apple Music saves the store pages you visit on your computer in a temporary location called the cache. If you return later, Apple Music can retrieve the page from the cache faster than getting it from the internet. If the content on a page seems outdated, you can reset the cache to retrieve the latest version. If you think a page isn’t opening properly, resetting the cache may help. | ||||||||||
