If your iCloud photos and videos aren't displaying correctly on your Windows PC
If you use iCloud for Windows and some of your iCloud photos or videos aren't displaying correctly or appear to have errors, follow these steps on any PC where you have iCloud for Windows installed.
First, turn off iCloud Photos syncing on your Windows PC:
Open iCloud for Windows. Make sure you've signed in with your Apple ID.
Deselect iCloud Photos and Shared Albums.
Click Done, click Apply, then click “Delete from PC". Your iCloud photos and videos will be removed from your PC, but will remain safe in iCloud and on any other Apple device you use.
Depending on the size of your Library, this may take some time.
When you can't see your photos and videos in Microsoft Photos or the File Explorer any longer, you can turn iCloud Photos syncing back on:
Open iCloud for Windows. Make sure you've signed in with your Apple ID.
Select iCloud Photos and Shared Albums.
Click Done, then click Apply. New copies of your iCloud photos and videos will start re-syncing to your PC.
Depending on the size of your Library, this may take some time.
