Send your iPod to Apple for a service

After you’ve contacted Apple for service*, you’ll receive a kit that has everything that you need to send your iPod to Apple.

Before you send your iPod

  1. Back up your device.

  2. Remove your iPod from Find My.

Send your iPod to Apple

  1. Find the name of the courier on the provided return shipping label.

  2. Visit the courier’s website to schedule a pick-up or find a drop-off location.

Make sure you get a receipt to confirm you have returned your product. Apple is not responsible for any damage sustained during transit.
