Access your gameplay progress on all of your Apple devices
On supported games, you can use iCloud and Game Center to keep your progress, high scores and game saves up to date across your devices.
If you can’t see your gameplay progress on a device
If you’re playing a supported game and can access your gameplay progress on one device but not on another, you may need to check your settings. Make sure you have an iPhone with the latest version of iOS, an iPad with the latest version of iPadOS, a Mac with the latest version of macOS, an Apple TV with the latest version of tvOS or an Apple Vision Pro with the latest version of visionOS.
Check your settings on your iPhone, iPad or Apple Vision Pro
Make sure you’ve signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account you use on your other devices.
Make sure you’ve signed in to Game Center with the same Apple Account you use with iCloud and on your other devices. Go to Settings > Game Center to see the email address you’re using with Game Center.
If you still can’t see your progress and you were playing on a different device, check your settings on that device.
Check your settings on your Mac
If you share your Mac with someone else, make sure you’ve logged in to your Mac with your own user account, not someone else’s account.
Make sure you’ve signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account you use on your other devices.
Make sure you’ve signed in to Game Center with the same Apple Account you use with iCloud and on your other devices. Go to System Settings and click Game Center in the sidebar to see the email address you’re using with Game Center.
If you still can’t see your progress and you were playing on a different device, check your settings on that device.
Check your settings on your Apple TV
If you share your Apple TV with someone else, make sure you’ve signed in to your user profile before you play your game.
If you still can’t see your progress and you were playing on a different device, check your settings on that device.
If you’re playing a game that is no longer available on Apple Arcade
Games may sometimes leave Apple Arcade. If you try to launch an Apple Arcade game that is no longer playable, you'll receive a No Longer Available message.
After a game leaves Arcade, the game developer may choose to make their game available in the App Store. These games may vary from the Arcade version. If the developer makes their game available on the App Store and allows you to load your saved progress, you can pick up where you left off in the Arcade version.
If you’re playing Apple Arcade games and then cancel Apple Arcade
If you cancel your subscription to Apple Arcade for any reason, you can resubscribe and still access your gameplay progress. If you wait too long, some of your game saves may not be supported by the time you resubscribe.
If you're not an Apple Arcade subscriber, you won't be able to play any Apple Arcade games, even if you downloaded them to your device. Delete the apps if you don't need them any more, or resubscribe to keep playing.
