
Remove downloaded Apple News+ issues in News on Mac
If you subscribe to Apple News+ and downloaded magazine issues, you can remove them from My Magazines or delete them from your Mac at any time.
Note: Apple News and Apple News+ aren’t available in all countries or regions. See the Apple Support article Availability of Apple Media Services.
Go to the News app
on your Mac.
Click News+, then click My Magazines or Downloaded, or click an Apple News+ channel in the sidebar.
If you don’t see the sidebar, choose View > Show Sidebar.
Below the cover of the issue you want to remove, click
, choose Remove, then click an option:
Remove from My Magazines: Remove the issue from My Magazines on your Mac, and from any device where you sync News and subscribe to Apple News+.
Remove Download: Delete the issue from your Mac.
If you don’t remove downloaded Apple News+ issues, they remain on your Mac until it requires more disk space.
You can remove an issue from My Magazines, even if it hasn’t been downloaded. Click below the issue cover, choose Remove, then click Remove from My Magazines.
