Turn off Rosetta for Logic Pro for Mac
If you are using Logic Pro on a Mac with Apple silicon, opening Logic Pro natively gives you full access to Logic Pro features.
Some Logic Pro features including Stem Splitter, ChromaGlow, and most Mastering Assistant presets aren’t available when running Logic Pro in Rosetta on a Mac with Apple silicon (or on an Intel-based Mac). If you have switched Logic Pro to use Rosetta mode on a Mac with Apple silicon, you might want to confirm that using Rosetta is necessary.* Most plug-ins for Logic Pro don't require Rosetta.
To turn off Rosetta off for Logic Pro on Mac:
Quit Logic Pro.
Control-click the Logic Pro app in the Applications folder, then choose Get Info.
Deselect “Open using Rosetta.”
Open Logic Pro.
* The only reason to use Logic Pro in Rosetta on a Mac with Apple silicon is if you’re using a third-party plug-in like Melodyne by Celemony in ARA mode in a project. If you’re not sure if a favorite third-party plug-in needs to be used in ARA-mode, check with the manufacturer.
