In the Stocks app on your Mac, select a ticker symbol in your watchlist.
Click a headline to view the full story.
To return to the headlines, click the Back button in the toolbar.
Read the top business news of the day
In the Stocks app on your Mac, click Business News at the top of your watchlist.
Click a headline to read the full story.
In the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, the story opens in Stocks. In other locations, the story opens in Safari, or another browser if you changed your default browser.
To return to the headlines, click the Back button in the toolbar.
Share a news story
Note: You can share a news story only in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
In the Stocks app on your Mac, select a ticker symbol in your watchlist or select Business News at the top of your watchlist.
Click a headline to view a story.
Click the Share button in the toolbar, then choose how you want to share the story.
To return to the headlines, click the Back button in the toolbar.
Save a story to Apple News
Save stories to the News app so you can view or share them later.
When you’re signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID and News is selected in iCloud preferences on your Mac, the stories you save on your Mac are also available in News on your other devices.
Note: You can save a news story to Apple News only in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
In the Stocks app on your Mac, select a ticker symbol in your watchlist or select Business News.
News stories appear in the pane on the right.
Click a headline to view the story.
Choose File > Save Story to Apple News (or press Command-S).
To return to the headlines, click the Back button in the toolbar.
To view your saved stories later, open the News app on your Mac, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar, click Saved Stories, then click a story to open it.
