If your travel card balance won’t update in Apple Wallet
When you use Apple Pay to add money to your travel card in Apple Wallet but the balance won’t update, see what you can do.
First, restart your iPhone.
Then, if your balance is still wrong, check the recent transactions on the payment card that you used to add money to your transit card. If you can see the charge in your transaction history, the balance on your travel card may be correct, even if the balance in the Wallet app is displaying a different amount.
If your balance still hasn’t updated and you can’t see the charge in your transaction history:
On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap your travel card.
Tap the
, then tap Card Details.If you see the option, turn on Service Mode, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
To turn off Service Mode, tap your card.
If these steps haven’t worked, contact your travel card issuer.
