Send your iPad to Apple

The courier will bring a box to collect your iPad. Include only your iPad. Don’t include any accessories – such as a case, cables or a power adapter. If you do, they won't be returned to you.

When the courier arrives, take the provided Return Airway Bill (AWB) label and paste it on the box they provide.

  • The courier will wait for up to 10 minutes for you to prepare and pack your iPad.

  • If the courier leaves before you pack your iPad, arrange for another courier to collect your iPad: call GD Express Malaysia Customer Service on 03-64195003 (Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, or Saturday from 08:30 to 12:30). They’ll ask for the number from the Return AWB number provided by the previous courier.

  • Make sure you get proof of collection from the courier to confirm that you’ve sent your iPad for a service.

Apple is not responsible for any damage sustained during delivery.
