If your Apple Watch is unresponsive and you don’t have your iPhone, you can remove the cards you use with Apple Pay and turn off Apple Cash on the web at your Apple ID account page.

Pack your Apple Watch

When you pack your Apple Watch, don’t include anything else in the box – such as the watch strap or other accessories. If you do, they won’t be returned to you.

  1. With the box open, lift the cover of the compartment and remove the white bag.

  3. Close the box. If there’s a battery sticker pasted on the outside of the box, make sure the battery sticker is pasted flat on the box and isn’t covered by tape or a postage label.

Send your Apple Watch to Apple

The courier will bring a box to collect your Apple Watch. Include only your Apple Watch. Don’t include any accessories (such as your watch strap or charger). If you do, they won’t be returned to you.

When the courier arrives, take the provided Return Airway Bill (AWB) label and paste it on the box they provide.

  • The courier will wait for up to 10 minutes for you to prepare and pack your Apple Watch.

  • If the courier leaves before you pack your Apple Watch, arrange for another courier to collect your Apple Watch: call GD Express Malaysia Customer Service on 03-64195003 (Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, or Saturday from 08:30 to 12:30). They’ll ask for the number from the Return AWB number provided by the previous courier.
