Send your Beats product to Apple for a service
After you’ve contacted Apple for a service, you’ll receive a kit that contains everything you need to return your product to Apple.
Before you return your original Beats product
Remove your Beats product from your Apple Account:
In the Find My app, select the Devices tab > your Beats product
Swipe up and tap Remove this Device, then tap Remove to confirm.
Pack your Beats product
When you pack your Beats product, don’t include anything else in the box – such as ear tips, charging cables or other accessories. If you do, they won’t be returned to you.
Beats headphones or earbuds and charging case
If you're sending earbuds, place them into the charging case.
Place your Beats products in the white fibre bag.
In the postage box, open the cardboard insert, then place the bagged product in the base of the box and close the insert. Don’t place your Beats product in the box without opening the insert.
Close the postage box and seal it with the provided tape. Make sure the battery sticker has been pasted flat on the box and isn’t covered by tape or a postage label.
Beats Pill
If there’s a bag provided, place your Beats Pill in the bag before placing it in the box.
Make sure the battery sticker has been pasted flat on the box and isn’t covered by tape or a postage label.
Send your Beats product to Apple
The courier will bring a box to collect your Beats product. Only include your Beats product. Don’t include any else in the box – such as ear tips, charging cables or other accessories. If you do, they won’t be returned to you.

Make sure you get proof of collection from the courier to confirm that you’ve sent your Beats product for a service.
