The courier will bring a box to collect your HomePod or HomePod mini. Include only your HomePod. Don't include any accessories (such as a power adapter, cable that isn't attached to your product or other accessory). If you do, they won’t be returned to you.

When the courier arrives, take the provided Return Airway Bill (AWB) label and paste it on the box they provide.

  • The courier will wait for up to ten minutes for you to prepare and pack your HomePod or HomePod mini.

  • If the courier leaves before you pack your HomePod or HomePod mini, arrange for another courier to collect your product: Call GD Express Malaysia Customer Service on 03-64195003 (Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) They’ll ask for the number from the Return AWB number provided by the previous courier.

Make sure to get proof of collection from the courier to confirm that you’ve sent your HomePod or HomePod mini for service.
