When you buy your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch from a participating vendor, you may be offered a protection plan that includes AppleCare Services. With this plan, you can get help directly from Apple experts.
What's included with AppleCare Services
Cover for accidental damage. If you drop your device or damage it with liquid accidentally, you can get help. Repairs are made by Apple-authorised experts using genuine Apple parts. Get a service at Apple Stores and Apple Authorised Service Providers.
Priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone. You can get help with questions about Photos, Messages and more.
Your plan may offer additional services, such as cover for lost or stolen devices. Check with your mobile network provider or reseller for more information.
Contact Apple for repairs or support
If you've bought a device protection plan that includes AppleCare Services from your mobile network provider or reseller, you can contact Apple to request a repair or get phone or chat support.
