Keep track of Handouts in Schoolwork
An easy way to keep track of your preferred or most-used Handouts is to favorite them or pin them; allowing you to quickly access the Handouts at a later time. To help you find Handouts, you can search by Handout name, app activity, file name, or student name.
Favorite a Handout
In the Schoolwork app
, tap 
Handouts in the bottom tab.In the sidebar, tap Recents, a class, Drafts, Imports, or a class archive in [your organization].
Do one of the following:
Tap a Handout you want to favorite, tap
, then tap Favorite.Tap
for the Handout you want to favorite, then tap Favorite.
When you favorite a Handout, the Handout appears in My Library > Favorites in the Schoolwork sidebar bar.
Note: It’s easy to remove a Handout from Favorites — just tap for a favorite Handout, then tap Remove from Favorites.
Pin a Handout
In the Schoolwork app
, tap Handouts in the bottom tab.In the sidebar, tap Recents, a class, Drafts, Favorites, or Imports.
Tap
for the Handout you want to pin, then tap Pin.
When you pin a Handout, the Handout always appears at the top of views in your Handouts tab.
Note: It’s easy to remove a pin from a Handout — just tap for a pinned Handout, then tap Unpin.
Search for a Handout
In the Schoolwork app
, tap Handouts or 
Students in the bottom tab.In the search field at the top, type a Handout name, app activity, file name, or student name.
Tap Handouts, then tap the Handout you want to open.
