Organize a spreadsheet with sheets in Numbers for iCloud
In Numbers for iCloud, sheets are blank canvases where you can lay out tables, text, images, and shapes. You can add as many sheets as you want to a spreadsheet.
Sheets are represented by tabs, which you can reorder to suit your needs.
Add or remove a sheet
Go to Numbers for iCloud , then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In your spreadsheet, do one of the following:
Add a new sheet: Click the Add (+) tab at the top of the spreadsheet.
Remove a sheet: Control-click the tab of the sheet you want to delete, then choose Delete Sheet.
Rename a sheet
Go to Numbers for iCloud , then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In your spreadsheet, double-click the sheet’s tab, enter a new name, then press Return.
Reorder sheets
Go to Numbers for iCloud , then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In your spreadsheet, drag a tab left or right.
If your spreadsheet includes bidirectional text (text written in both left-to-right and right-to-left languages), you can reverse the direction of your sheets to accommodate different languages. See Format tables and sheets for bidirectional text in Numbers for iCloud.
