Invite contacts to Calendar events on Mac
If you use the macOS Calendar app, you can create a calendar event for a specific contact, or for a list.
Go to the Contacts app
on your Mac.Select one or more contacts or lists.
Go to the Calendar app
on your Mac.Drag the contacts or lists you selected in Contacts to a date in the Calendar window.
Make any adjustments to your event, then click Send.
To add more contacts to an existing event in Calendar, double-click the event, then drag the contacts to the event. See Add, modify, or delete events in Calendar.
