Invite contacts to Calendar events on Mac
If you use the macOS Calendar app, you can create a calendar event for a specific contact, or for a list.
Go to the Contacts app on your Mac.
Select one or more contacts or lists.
Go to the Calendar app on your Mac.
Drag the contacts or lists you selected in Contacts to a date in the Calendar window.
Make any adjustments to your event, then click Send.
To add more contacts to an existing event in Calendar, double-click the event, then drag the contacts to the event. See Add, modify, or delete events in Calendar.
