Reactivate user accounts in Apple School Manager
You can reactivate user accounts so that the selected users are able to use their Managed Apple ID again.
To view which accounts can be reactivated, see User account status.
Reactivate a single account
In Apple School Manager
, sign in with an account that has the role of Administrator, Site Manager, or People Manager.
Click Accounts in the sidebar, then search for an account in the Search field. See How to search.
Select the user from the list.
Click Reactivate Account, then click Reactivate.
Click Close or wait for the process to finish, then click Done.
Reactivate multiple accounts
In Apple School Manager
, sign in with an account that has the role of Administrator, Site Manager, or People Manager.
Click Accounts in the sidebar, then search for accounts in the Search field. See How to search.
Select the user from the list.
Click Change in the Account Status
row.
Choose Reactivate from the pop-up menu, then click Continue.
Click Close or wait for the process to finish, then click Done.
