If you see 'This domain is currently ineligible' when you turn on federated authentication
If you have Global Service Exchange (GSX) accounts in your domain, you can't use federated authentication at this time.
This article is intended for system administrators.
If you try to connect to your identity provider with a domain that includes GSX accounts, you'll see a message that says "This domain is currently ineligible".
