OS X Server: Using the Caching service with iOS 8

Learn which versions of iOS 8 work with the Caching service of OS X Server.

The Caching service of OS X Server might not cache the iOS 8.0 update. The service continues to cache iOS content including apps, books, and iTunes U course materials, as well as OS X updates.

This issue is fixed in iOS 8.1 and future updates will be cached for devices after they have updated to iOS 8.1.
