To ensure the best possible experience using your Beats headphones, earphones, or speakers, do the following:
Apple devices: Update your devices to iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS Tahoe, tvOS 26, watchOS 26, visionOS 26, or later, and sign in to the same Apple Account on your Apple devices.
Android devices: Update your device to the latest Android version, and sign in to the same Google Account on your Android devices.
