Hearing Protection

Active Hearing Protection helps minimize your exposure to loud environmental noise across listening modes.

To learn more about the Hearing Protection feature, do one of the following:

• iPhone or iPad: Go to the Settings app , then tap the name of your AirPods near the top of the screen. Tap Hearing Protection, then tap Safety Information.

• Mac: Click the Apple menu , choose System Settings, then click the name of your AirPods in the sidebar (you may need to scroll down). Click Hearing Health, then click Safety Information.
