Use Report a Concern to share feedback about Apple Intelligence

Your feedback is used to help improve Apple products and services, for example to train models.

Share feedback to help improve Apple Intelligence

Apple Intelligence — the personal intelligence system built into iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro — combines Apple-built models with your personal context to deliver intelligence that is most useful and relevant, all while protecting your privacy. Apple Intelligence is designed to understand and create language and images; prioritize and summarize notifications, mail, and messages; and draw on the personal information on your device to simplify and accelerate everyday tasks.

If you have feedback about the response of an Apple Intelligence feature, you can share your response with Apple through Report a Concern, Apple’s built-in feedback mechanism. Apple will evaluate your feedback and may use what you’ve reported to help improve Apple products and services, for example to train models.

Apple Intelligence is currently in beta. It uses models, and the quality of outputs may vary. You should always check for appropriateness and accuracy.

How to report a concern about an Apple Intelligence response

Report a Concern is the best way for you to provide feedback on output from Apple Intelligence features. Apple Support doesn’t have access to information about your prompt or the response, or the feedback that you provide through Report a Concern.

  • Look for the Report a Concern button on the screen.

  • If you don't see Report a Concern, look for the More button or Options menu.

  • Provide feedback about an Apple Intelligence response when you're viewing the response on your screen. If you’re not viewing the response, you can’t use Report a Concern.

  • To provide feedback, you select from categories to help describe the issue. You also have the opportunity to provide additional information.

  • When you submit feedback, Apple collects the information that you provide in your feedback report — including answers to questions, descriptions, photos, videos, messages, and emails. Before submitting, you can review and remove any information or attachments that you don’t want to include in your feedback report.

  • Apple also collects your device model, operating system version, language, and the version of the Apple intelligence model that is relevant to your feedback.
