Lion Server: Open Directory Assistant may not display Open Directory master address when decommissioning a replica

When decommissioning an Open Directory replica server running Mac OS X Lion, the Open Directory Assistant may not display the IP address or DNS name of the Open Directory master.

Enter the credentials of the Open Directory administrator, then click Continue.

The replica will update the configuration of the Open Directory master server upon decommissioning.
