Lion Server: Profile Manager does not save a profile if Exchange account information is blank

Profile Manager will not allow you to save a profile if the Exchange account information is blank.

When using Profile Manager in Lion Server to create a configuration profile, you will not be able to save the profile if it's set to Automatic Push but the Exchange account information is blank.

If you want to require the user to enter their Exchange account information, set the Profile Distribution Type to Manual Download.
