Change Advanced preferences in Podcasts on Mac
In the Podcasts app on your Mac, use the Advanced pane in Podcasts preferences to specify syncing, automatic deleting, and Siri Suggestions options.
To change these preferences, choose Podcasts > Preferences, then click Advanced.

Sync subscriptions across devices | Automatically sync any changes you make to your podcast subscriptions, stations, and current play position to every Mac, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID. If you have an iPod classic, iPod nano, or iPod shuffle, you have to sync your device with your Mac to add podcasts and other content to it. Automatically delete played episodes | Select to have Podcasts automatically delete episodes after you play them. | ||||||||||
