Use SharePlay with Apple Fitness+ on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV
With SharePlay and Apple Fitness+, everyone can work out or meditate together on a FaceTime call. See when someone closes their Activity ring or moves ahead on the Burn Bar. And keep each other motivated throughout the workout or meditation.
Here's what everyone needs
An iPhone updated to the latest version of iOS
An Apple Watch series 3 or later updated to the latest version of watchOS
To use the latest features with SharePlay on your Apple TV or iPad, update to the latest version of tvOS or the latest version of iPadOS.
Start a group workout or meditation with SharePlay
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Fitness app and tap the Fitness+ tab. Then choose a workout.
Tap the More button
, then tap the SharePlay button
.When prompted, choose the contact that you want to add.
To start the call from FaceTime, choose FaceTime. Or choose Messages to start the call from iMessage.
Join a group workout or meditation in a FaceTime call
In a FaceTime call, tap Open next to Join SharePlay.
When the Fitness app opens, tap Join SharePlay.
On your Apple Watch, tap Play
.
Start a group workout or meditation on your Apple TV
Make sure that you're signed in to your iPhone or iPad and Apple TV with the same Apple ID.
On your iPhone or iPad, start a Group FaceTime call.
On your Apple TV Remote, press and hold the TV/Control Center button
to open Control Center on your Apple TV.Select SharePlay
. 
Select "Start on Apple TV."
On your iPhone or iPad, you'll be prompted to "Tap to Confirm."
On your Apple TV, open the Fitness app, select a workout or meditation, then select Let's Go.
On your Apple Watch, tap Play
.
Your workout will play on your Apple TV while you're connected to FaceTime on your iPhone or iPad.
