Find nearby places in Maps on Mac
When you’re in an unfamiliar area, you can find nearby attractions, restaurants, or services.
Siri: Ask Siri something like, “Find coffee near me.” Learn how to use Siri.

Go to the Maps app
on your Mac.Click the search field, then do any of the following:
Click a category like Grocery Stores or Restaurants below Find Nearby.
Enter something like “playgrounds” or “parks” in the search field, then click Search Nearby at the top of the search results.
Depending on what you’re looking for, you may be able to apply more search criteria, click a suggestion to get additional information, and more.
If you don’t see the search field, click
.To change the nearby area, drag the map.
