View file download and sharing status in iCloud for Windows

If you’re using the iCloud for Windows app version 10 or later, you can see the download status of a file or folder and the sharing status of a file in the Status column of File Explorer. If you’re using iCloud for Windows version 11.1 or later, you can also see the sharing status of folders.

Icon		Description
		For files: The file is only stored in iCloud Drive and hasn’t been downloaded to your computer.  For folders: The folder contains content that hasn’t been downloaded to your computer.
		The file or folder is waiting to download.
		The file or folder is currently downloading.
		For files: The file has been downloaded to your computer.  For folders: All contents of the folder have been downloaded to your computer.
		The file or folder is pinned. See Pin files and folders in iCloud for Windows.
		The file or folder is shared. See Share files and folders in iCloud for Windows.
