
Update or close submitted feedback in Feedback Assistant on Mac
After you submit a feedback report in Feedback Assistant, you can update it with additional information or files, or close it when the issue is resolved.
Update submitted feedback
- Go to the Feedback Assistant app  on your Mac. on your Mac.
- Select the Submitted folder in the sidebar. 
- Do one of the following: - Select the feedback report you want to update, then click the Add More Information button at the bottom of the report. 
- Select the feedback report you want to update, click  in the toolbar, then choose Add More Information. in the toolbar, then choose Add More Information.
 
- Enter a description of the information you’re providing. 
- If you want to provide additional files or diagnostics, click the Add Attachment pop-up menu, then choose an option: - Device Diagnostics: Select the devices to collect diagnostics from. The device must be online, and you must be signed in to your Apple Account on that device. 
- Screenshot: Take a screenshot. The screenshot is automatically attached to your report. 
- Choose File: Select and attach an existing file. You can use this option to attach items such as diagnostics you collected manually, screenshots, or examples. 
 
- Click Send. 
Close submitted feedback
- Go to the Feedback Assistant app  on your Mac. on your Mac.
- Select the Submitted folder in the sidebar. 
- Select the feedback report you want to close. 
- Click  , then choose Close Feedback. , then choose Close Feedback.
- Click Close.
