Add contacts while using FaceTime on Mac
When you make or receive a FaceTime call from someone who’s not in Contacts, FaceTime may make a suggestion about who it is and supply additional contact info so you can create a card for the person in Contacts.
In the FaceTime app on your Mac, click All or Missed.
If a caller is listed with just a phone number or email address, click the Info button (or use the Touch Bar), enter the person’s info, then click Create. (If a call is labeled with “Maybe,” click Add To Contacts, then enter the contact details.)
You may not be able to add contacts if you’re restricted by communication limits in Screen Time.
