Impact: Running the installer in an untrusted directory may result in arbitrary code execution

Description: A dynamic library loading issue was addressed with improved path searching.

To check the version of Windows Migration Assistant installed on your PC:

  1. Make sure that your PC is updated to the latest version of Windows 10.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Choose Apps > Apps & features > Windows Migration Assistant > Advanced Options. The version number is listed under Specifications.
