Turn on iCloud Sync and Two-Factor Authentication

With iCloud Sync, your identified songs are automatically saved to iCloud so you can access your songs on your other Apple devices (when you sign in to the same Apple Account).

To confirm your identified songs are saved to iCloud:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to the Shazam app , tap Settings  in the top-right corner of the screen, then make sure iCloud Sync is turned on.

  2. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, tap See All (next to Saved to iCloud), then in the list of apps, make sure Music Recognition and Shazam are turned on.

  3. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Two-Factor Authentication, then make sure your device is listed.

If your device is not listed, see “Use two-factor authentication for your Apple Account” in the iPhone User Guide or iPad User Guide.

  4. Optional: On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click your name at the top of the sidebar. Click Sign-In & Security, click Two-Factor Authentication, then make sure your device is listed.
