If text is hard to read in Logic Pro X 10.4.5

To make it easier to read text in Logic 10.4.5 or later on a Mac without a Retina display, turn on font smoothing.

  1. Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences.
  2. Click General in the System preferences window.
  3. At the bottom of the window, select the checkbox for "Use font smoothing when available."
