User templates allow you to apply predefined settings to new user accounts. Using templates, you can easily set up multiple user accounts with similar settings.
You can only use templates during account creation. You can use templates when creating accounts manually or when importing them from a file. You can’t use templates to modify an existing account.
If you change a template after you use it to create a user account, user accounts already created using the template aren’t updated to reflect those changes.
