Erase an iPhone or iPad remotely with Fleetsmith
In the event that a device is permanently lost or stolen, an iPhone or iPad can be remotely erased.
Important: After you issue the Erase Device command, all content and settings are erased when the device connects to the internet. It’s no longer managed by Fleetsmith and is moved to Archived devices.
In the Fleetsmith Admin Console, click Devices in the sidebar, then click the name of the iPhone or iPad.
On the left side, click Erase, then follow the prompts to erase the iPhone or iPad.
The status changes to Erased on the device’s details page.
After the erase is complete the device reboots and enters Setup Assistant.
